Atlus games weren't popular for decades here either. I remember when game stops use to get like 2 copies of games at each location lol

They were the most niche of niche devs. But they kept releasing games in the US even though they were huge sellers.

And look at them now, still niche but also have a very respectable name in the US.

The same can and should be done with Xbox and PC

Only reason it got released here was it already was on PlayStation in Japan and the games aren’t region locked . The localized version for the west gamers was never day and day

All I can say is I understand why Starfield was delayed. I respect them for showing it but that game has a lot of work needed.



Overall the show was ok, definitely didn’t match the hype.

No man’s sky had no handcrafted worlds.

Starfield planets will be curated content with procedurally generated exploration in between. Starfield is still an RPG so there will be missions and side story stuff to do on each planet.

No man’s sky is more of a survival/sandbox style game.
