How is President Trump's potential tariffs lower the the cost of supplies.

Banks are artificially raising the price of housing even if you shipped out every immigrant the demand for housing will far outstrip the supply. Most new apt buildings and condos don't even need to price based on the median income of its constituents.

It's not supply and demand. People really do not understand what a tariff is.......the cost of tariffs will be passed on to the consumer 100 percent......alot of the places are still trying to say they charge so much because of covid supply chain issues.......
