More inventory will lower prices. Basic supply and demand. In my town, the low income housing is like 95% immigrants.

But will people be able to afford these homes with inflation out of control with Trump's tariffs and the economy in the tank because of the chaos that'll ensue when deporting 20 million people?

How is President Trump's potential tariffs lowering the the cost of supplies?

Banks are artificially raising the price of housing even if you shipped out every immigrant the demand for housing will far outstrip the supply. Most new apt buildings and condos don't even need to price based on the median income of its constituents.
