who wasnt a first round pick so there werent any expectations alex would prolly still be a backup somewhere. alex is already as safe as they come. hed be charlie batch pt2, prolly second stringer on teams which dont have a developmental qb, or a third stringer on teams that do

If Alex was black...he probably would not be in the NFL right now. Batch, Leftwich and them were not 1st overall picks so it was easy to make them 2nd or 3rd stringers. I truly believe he would have been cut after his 3rd year...might have latched on as a backup or 3rd stringer on a team for a couple years, then straight up cut in training camp in year 5.
He's good enough to be in the NFL, I just don't think things would work in his favor if he was black.

Gradkowski's alright....I don't mind him being in the league but Jordan Palmer got a job? Trent Edwards? Both McCowns? WTF? Charlie Whitehurst left the Chargers...sucked in Seattle and somehow got his job back in San Diego. WTF?
