We have a lot to fix
We need to implement a offense that creates good ball movement and helps the players move without the ball better
We need to bring in someone who can reestablish a defensive identity
We need to get a dominate rebounder and rim protector.
We need at least 2 defensive wings who can also score
We don't need both mcdermott and dunleavy, pick one move the other
We don't need both niko and portis pick one move the other
Moore and holiday is ok to keep for cheap
Rose and jimmy keeps us competitive
Rest of these dudes

I think Doug is a keeper at least. He won me over
Hes one of the best shooters in the league, and his some game attacking the basket with his floater game
Hell keep getting marginally better defensively but any good coach would love to be able to utilize a guy like this
Niko is too soft for me and I don't trust him to get much better

Low BB IQ, shot selection is the same when he's making or missing shots... it's terrible. Commits bad fouls, just not a smart basketball player. He's supposed to be further along than he is. Came from the Euro League, supposed to have had more pro experience than typical young players, but this dude ain't improve enough IMO to warrant any special treatment or not to shop around.

averaged about 5ppg on 38% shooting and 49% from the FT line this season in the games he appeared in, with him coming off a major surgery, do ya'll think he's coming back here on the cheap? I'm talking $5M or less per season.

the problem with doug, is he cannot do ANYTHING other than score. I mean, he doesn't fill the box score in any other statistical category. I'm not sure he provides enough in return for what garpax gave up in order to get dude in 2014.

but I told ya'll last summer that bringing him back at any cost was not a good move, and ya'll said I was crazy for that statement.

Jr Smith cooked his ass in series last year but GarPax thought he was so important they signed this bum for 3 yrs
