People will look at the box score and see Jimmy's line and go :wow: :leon:

But after watching every second of this game, my feelings towards his game and this offense (or whatever the fukk it is) remains. Something has to give. Jimmy Butler is not good enough to be this ball dominate. Those last few possessions where he's playing tag with Pau back and forth the entire time were terrible. The 3 pointers that he jacked up there, one trying to draw a foul, the other when they were down 4 with 20 seconds left...

:what:

He filled up the stat sheet, and played hard, but this dude is getting out of fukking control. I love when Stacy pulled up that fastbreak earlier in the game where he completely looks off a WIDE open streaking Etwaun Moore... just to pull it back and fukk up a 3 on 1 fastbreak. Been watching this kind of shyt from him all year.
Wait I thought that was the definition of killer instinct :ohhh:

I gave him A for effort and heart tonight but u r right on the money ..

Those 2 on 5 offensive sets they were running and ISO plays on both those threes were beyond terrible

And if he hadn't played the way he had overall tonight he would be getting slaughtered

jimmy needed rose in this game as much as rose needs jimmy in diff situations throughout the year

This kid thinkin he is a mj or Kobe level offensively but he just isn't

Jimmy's offensive style of play reminds me of a bootleg Prime Joe Johnson.

Jumper isn't as wet
Handle isn't as good
Move set isn't as good

2x

It also shows u kan work on your fundamentals as much as u want get to the gym all day , but at the end of the day u either have got that feel for the game or u dont..

in that regard roses natural feel for offense and his ability to create for himself is alot better then jimmys

@ the end of the day we shouldn't be bashing jimmy ..yeaah he has areas he kan improve on

But once again we wouldn't be in this position if Fred was a competent coach

the coach should be accountable for not just keeping his players in line along wit not setting up a coherent offensive/defensive system to operate :pacspit::snoop:

Glad it's unofficially over :manny:. Take it easy on the main pieces minutes that aren't injured, shut down those that are injured (Rose & Taj), which means more shots for dudes like Doug and Niko - ideally, one of them get hot right now (Niko was hot coming into this game, but didn't get the same looks) and turn into a legitimate bargaining chip that other teams would want. I know it's less likely these head strong pieces of shyt would get rid of their pride and joy Doug given what they invested into getting him, but some of this softness, freelance misdirection bullshyt on offense, & incompetence on D has to go.

I don't trust Niko to improve on his game in the off-season anyway as he's going to be too busy being occupied with the Olympics just like he was last year, and we end up getting the short end of the stick just like we did this year.

The funny thing is, both of these dudes seem like a direct reflection of Hoiberg as a coach - soft, no direction, and incompetent, so they may be Hoiberg type of guys when it comes to his "system." This dude has a lot to learn...... He's clearly in over his head right now.

I'm not even going to entertain the "rebuild" talks under this current regime. Besides, we're not chopped liver. Like Thibs da Gawd would say "we got MORE than enough to win" at our core.

Bout time for me to hate and hope that anybody but Cleveland wins it.
