This is the most important aspect of everything.Who had Thibs fired?Who chose not to improve the roster?Who hired Hoiberg?This mess is the sole responsibility of Gar Forman&John Paxson they've done a terrible job&deserve to lose their jobs over it enough is enough already.Sick of blaming injuries coaches whatever other bullshyt excuse people wanna make.Ultimately its their job to make necessary moves to bring championships back to Chicago&they've failed miserably

The issue is... when Thibs was fired, Jerry ripped him on his way out in that letter. So odds are, he doesn't even care. He hasn't even spoken about the Bulls since Thibs was canned I believe
