Nah he wasn't consistent or efficient enough

We need him to be like an 18-20 & 7-8 player with more efficiency

Basically we need him at a respectable all star level

Well he's never really been an efficient scorer. that has to do with not being a good shooter. He used to get to the line enough to make up for that, but those days are gone

I just can't expect any more than what I've seen. but When he actually tried to, he gave us numbers around what you're talking about. efficiency...that all depends on his shooting and/or free throws.

as far as us contending, I've let it go. We always have to say, if healthy, if this, if that. too many uncertainties. we had the best opportunity against cleveland last year and didn't get it done

His contract is eating up 30% of the cap and hampers what we can do

Breh we saw how that dream went down the drain in 2011. Rose ain't carrying nobody nowhere breh. It was ridiculous in the 1st place after the dude tore his acl to set the team up where he would have to be relied on in that manner at all. The idea should have been tank and get high picks, trade assets and get another legit star that can carry the load i.e what miami set up for wade and what the spurs are setting up for Duncan and parker. All that 30% of the cap talk is crap cause we dealing with the 2nd most profitable owner in the damn league and we have had plenty of assets we have either dumped for salary or traded them for nothing, point is ability to add quality talent to the roster has been there and rose and his contract has not stopped it one bit. Man yall talk like we the only team with a max player or something lol okc has durant and Westbrook on max and they still found a way to add quality talent around them, ain't no excuse for this piss poor bs from the front office.

Noah looks a step slower, taj done hit his ceiling, 2 out of our 5 starters are old as hell, snell and mcdermott have shown us very little to assure they can be consistent quality players in the rotation, niko has promise but let's not act like we didn't beg for him to get more playing time in the offs, he got it and wet the bed, kirk is useless, brooks disappointed and disappeared, and we think this is what's going to get past that cleveland team simply if rose goes up to a 25 and 8 avg?!

I don't even want the team to be like the 2011 team it was cute to see rose as the center focal point of the offense with the green light but we not winning a ring with that.

All Im saying is that is that the DRose saga got to a really bad point with the meniscus injury in '13/14

The front office has fukked up plenty, but its pretty clear Roses contract hurts their ability to manage the roster. Thats not really up for debate

If Rose is able to stay healthy and get back to an all star level, we are easily in contention this season

I dont love this front office, but there are PLENTY worse situations around the league

Its a moot point now anyways. All the eggs are in the Hoiberg basket. If he doesnt get shyt done the next two seasons, we blow it all up.

shut your emotional ass up fakkit all you do is complain.The wizards and cavs were about to sign dunleavy jr and you crying about the bulls re- signing him like they had any other options.He's the best shooter on the team you rather have lebron or the wizards wit dunleavy jr cuz they didn't have no problems signing him.Most you dumb nikkas don't even know how a salary cap works bulls had no cap space to do anything last summer besides re sign their fa's and the mini mid level which can't get jack shyt in todays market.

Your blame going solely on the front office just doesnt make sense to me man.. They certainly have fukked up plenty, but they are FAR from the worst in the league or some shyt

The biggest thing that has stopped this team from winning a title is Derrick Rose being injured, period

2012 - Rose tears ACL, no chance at title
2013 - Rose sits out entire season, no chance at title
2014 - Rose tears meniscus, no chance at title
2015 - Rose tears meniscus, returns just in time for playoffs (no real shot at title, we should have beat CLE tho)
