Just sounds like they’re being c*nty about Fox Sports regionals. Should be an easy fix. And they hafta take into account Netflix stranglehold so I don’t think it’ll be blocked

but Disney purposely left Fox and FS1 and other national stuff out the deal to avoid antitrust.
the remaining stations aren't really competitors .. national geographic and FX and FXX don't compete with the content of FreeForm or Disney Channel...
