Big Ben when he realizes he will not be the focus of his hall of fame induction

Probably the best scenario for him and the NFL, really. He still gets in and because all the focus will be on Brady, they won’t have to hear about Ben’s sexual assault cases several times over as he prepares to be inducted.

Bucs going back to hell :mjlol:
That whole division is gonna be weird next year.

Saints are in cap hell and have no Sean Payton.
Bucs have no Brady, no Gronk, no AB, and Godwin's a Free Agent.
I have no idea about the Falcons or Panthers.

The whole league is going to be weird without him. For the first time in two decades (excepting 2008, when Brady got injured), you can't automatically count on Brady's team being in the playoffs. That opens things up for a lot of teams on the fringe now.

I agree that he should be able to get the word out his own way. But breh, he was 22 seasons deep. He knows how the media game works. What reporter is going to get this type of news, and NOT report it?

Really the waste of time came with spending the last two days having everyone around him vehemently deny that anything was set, when the Instagram post lined up with all of the reporting on him retiring, even after he pushed back on it. It would've been easier to just use the reporting to his favor, and make it part of the announcement.

Reporters sit on stories all the time. If anyone ever did, he deserved to do this his way.
