There is a larger point to this tho ..he plays so much better when he’s operating quickly and decisively like tonight …all that dribbling the air out of the ball looks crazy when you watch him play with this attacking style
The NBA is so fukking trash too when he’s attacking as he should be shooting 15 free throws a game. Every layup or bank shot he hit was through contact

Reminder to all that @SunZoo said the Lakers would be better off trading Bron and signing Russ to an extension. That is neg train worthy. :unimpressed:

Get it right.

Trade Bron bytch ass AND AD and re-sign Russ for 6th man money and the team will have a better record than they have the last two seasons and lot less riggamarole.

If that’s worth a neg train so be it.

It's not even worth the neg train is the funny part. It's so batshyt that most people just won't engage with you.

The record will stand for a looong time. It's stood for damn near 40 yrs. Durant was the only one who had a shot at breaking it after LeBron. But as we see he's had too many injuries . So I see it standing g for awhile. They don't make em like LeBron anymore.

Putting up these numbers at 38 is impressive but lets be reality here hes only still playing at 38/39 because he doesnt have a better Finals record...he knows he needs the scoring record to be in the convo....if won in 07,11,17 he would have been retired already and wouldnt care about this...
What makes you day this? He played in the finals regardless and the only thing different is that he didnt win. That has no bearing on how long he would have played for. His production is still good. The Lakers need to move Russell Westbrook and they will have a shot qualifying and going far in the playoffs

Losing to OKC as the Lakers' playoff hopes start to evaporate is the perfect way for him to break the record.

he averaged 30 as a 21 year old and a 37 year old. Imagine if he cut his assists from 7 to 4 or 5 and increased his scoring volume. Would have been a career 30 PPG player like Mike :yeshrug:

If jordan didnt buy into phil Jackson's philosophy, he would've averaged whatever he wanted.
