I guess I've seen different. I lived in a few different good neighborhoods. Not ghetto by any means. For the most part it was Hispanics getting the letters from HOA. They don't seem to shake the culture from their country with keeping their place nice. I've seen this with not Mexicans but with Cubans. I have not seen this with South Americans. It's like a totally different vibe with them vs. Caribbean Spanish or Mexican.

I guess that's why I get along more with Colombians, Venezuelans, and people from Uruguay vs other Latins
