Gotta slowly work your way back up. I was the same. My neighborhood street is a circle that mimics a track.
I’d walk it for a week.
The next week I’d start jogging the turns then walk the straightaways.
Week after that I’d jog the straightaways then walk the turns.
Within 2 months, im able to jog the whole block a few times.
This was when I decided to stop smoking trees/cigs and dranking everyday. It was tuff but I was pretending that I was back in my high school basketball/football practice days.
