Africa is still playing catch up when compared to America.

Africa is a continent and America is a country. I didn't say all Africans live in huts. But, there are people in Africa who live in huts and don't know what a cellphone is. Tribal Africa is still in existence and there's nothing modern about tribal Africa when compared to modern day America.
