I don't have any idea either but they said you can do it directly from the PS4 I know where my recorded matches are I guess there is an option to upload from there I'll have to check tomorrow

Here's some detailed instructions I found online:

Within the actual game, your replays are saved automatically in your match history on your fighter profile, sorted by ranked, casual and battle lounge. You tell the game to add it to your replay list and then you can go watch it as many times as you like from the CFN menu.

If you use the PS4 share button it records the last 15 minutes. So you just watch your replay in game and hit the share button after its over. Then you can trim it down to just your match and from there you can upload to YouTube.​
