For me it's even scarier that some theory like this could float just from the simple scientific angle.
It's so fantastical that they could as well be saying that a wizard made a doppelganger out of clay.
And I had the impression that some niqqas were completely serious. It just speaks volumes about where our collective mind is at.
(Cloning is a real thing but making a fully grown duplicate of a human in a couple years is pure Star Wars: AotC . The clone has to be born like a normal creature. Even if they could make a clone somehow and age it at like 30x the speed - which would make the clone an elderly person by now... so they make the clone, age it up to be an adult then stop the aging process - making the clone think it was the real Gucci Mane is also impossible. Teaching it to speak and everything in a year or so would be one damn feat. I guess you could show it all the videos and have it listen to the records but that would be the same as showing you or me a bunch of videos and saying "now you're Lil Wayne".... anywayz... This whole paragraph wouldn't even make sense to the target audience so fukc it)
