He actually cuts wrestling promos, doesn't have a generic first name, last name, doesn't do any Flippy shyt. So in other words, he walks, talks and acts like a wrestler which generally works with wrestling fans. Promos aren't trying to get "over" in a shoot way and it's refreshing.
I think fans saw the bray Wyatt angle as a squash but his promos made people excited for him and like most things WWE tends to do, it backfired and now they have an unintended star they'll drag their feet on. He doesn't need a world title push but no reason not to capitalize and have him rubbing shoulders with title holders and main eventers.
