DC recently signed Michael Keaton to a multiple film deal. Hopefully atleast one of those includes him as Brice Way e in a Batman Beyond movie. I concur with OP we need a game as well.

I enjoyed the line of Batman Beyond comics that were released in 2014. It also went back to the BTAS days and we found out that

Bruce Wayne got Barbara pregnant which caused a fall out with him and dikk Grayson. She eventually had a miscarriage and that's what caused her to five up the Batgirl moniker.

but I think DC scared to put someone not named Bruce Wayne under the Cowl in a big time way permanently or for a long time (ie movie trilogy)
maybe you will get it on CW if one of the shows goes to future Gotham since the Bat Family has been added to the Arrowverse and they showed old alternate universe Bruce who was still Batman in the crossover
Keaton is probably going to be "Dark Knight Returns" Batman or "Flash Point" Thomas Wayne who are both bad ass in the comics
