What a difference a year makes
DB had a lot of good promos in the last year, but that is the last truly great one.
But it's a classic though, so you can't really compare.

I'm just glad people realize that the PROMO was great, and not the guy delivering it.
Several other guys could have done the same thing and gotten the same overall reaction.
There's been other good ones...
Last classic one? Sure.
That whole Punk/Cena/Vince contract signing was a good one.
The DB promo after Mania where he dumped AJ was good.
The Punk/HHH back n forth was damn near epic on one or two occasions.
Christian had some last summer when he turned heel.
Surprisingly, Cena pulled out some anti-corny ones during the WM buildup.
But Punk did drop the one to beat on 6/27/11. No doubtin' that.

That Punk promo was truth, nikkas need to stop with that hate his promo was epic. Post summerslam he fell off but pre MITB that boy Phil Brooks was preaching

And yet, none of them did.
And until somebody says it was scripted word for word... then yeah, Punk gets all the credit for that.
Punk is the mixtape favorite who damn near everyone loved for years, until he went plat...
Cena's "notes on wrist" sonning had everybody in here proclaiming that feud was a work and people were holding back and all that even though that's how wrestling's always been
