Its one of those movies where, you can't think of anything it did wrong... but its forgettable and you don't love it at all :manny:

Mission Impossible Fallout, Terminator 2, John Wick, John Wick 2, and the first ⅔ of Baby Driver >>>>>>>>> Fury Road

never got the hype either. I saw it in theaters too
Saw it in the theaters with 3 other friends. Maybe it was just the energy of the showing I was in but no one seemed overly impressed. All 4 of us walked out like :francis:. Thought it was ok but none of us thought the story was anything special. Had some cool scenes but overall was just ight to all of us. Got back home and saw all the internet hype about it being the goat and was throughly confused. To this day, unless you are a genuine nerd about technical practical effects, idk how you could call this the goat action movie. I’d rather watch John Wick :yeshrug:

The first time I watched it home was :ehh:

But then I caught it an Imax screening and god damn :damn:

That being said, T2 >>>

The action plus an actual plot. If you forgot you need to remind yourself how piff that movie is :stopitslime:

It ain't the goat, but damn I love this flick. About to watch it on Bluray on the strength of this thread. Shame the Black and Chrome version falls short toward the end.
