Found it childish tbh..rap brehs could have gone a different direction to defend their art but went the route that was expected of them..
And where is Bill O’Reilly now since you think it’s just “rap brehs”?? Seems like Camron knew what dirt was out there on that white man and went the strategic route - instead of exposing dirt on live tv without substantial evidence.

At this point, Cam probably has more net worth and sustainability than Bill O’Reilly took multiple Ls and lawsuits as the “talking head racist rapist sexually aggressive easily agitated mouthpiece of CNN, FOX” or whatever bullshyt segment that he was on. that same behavior that they stereotype “rappers” for. What legitimacy does Bill O’Reilly have? I’ll wait.

Dame started juelzing when Bill said rap is bad

:mjlol:
You’re trying too hard with the push for content and thread creation.

Sounding real c00nish as if you’re a Bill O’Reilly dyckrider. Considering Bill O’Reilly is the one raping his coworkers and his already bad reputation went to pure shyt. Rap isn’t the primary cause for the ills of society- foh. Dame employed many black people and pushed for entrepreneurship not just rap as entertainment. Wtf is your aim with this thread? Didn’t you start a thread about a former coli poster who went out bad looking for the wrong type of clout? Interesting. The irony if that thread turns out to be predictive of another set of events from someone who doesn’t know when to have restraint in what they attempt to push.

Bill is obviously a piece of shyt. That isn’t to be debated. However, that doesn’t mean cam wasn’t disrespectful to that principal. I started a thread about a homicidal poster who was stalking someone. I make threads to creat discussion and entertain.

Well I think the first problem is that children aren't supposed to be listening to it. It always comes with the parental advisory sticker. So it isn't intended for 11 year old children. And if they do manage to listen to the explicit, album version of the music, that's a failure of parenting, no different to a parent who allows a child to watch an R-rated movie.

The whole discussion is in bad faith because there is a censorial system for music just like with TV and film, and children shouldn't be listening to anything other than the non-explicit single version of the music that airs on radio or on music videos. They shouldn't be getting access to explicit album versions unless the parents allow it

I think you reactive (even negged me:mjlol:)not proactive. If you read my post clearly i highlight that the whole interview was set up to show rappers in a bad light..said rappers fell for it.

This wasnt about where they are now..its about what happened then. As smart as ur hero rap brehs paint pictures with they words, they were not prepared for that interview.

They were reactive not proactive:umad:
I think it's the first time in my coli career I used this smiley:ahh:

haven’t seen this in ages…lots of points…

bill o’reilly is the wrong platform for any genuine conversation to be had amongst black men about black children…he underestimated dame dash in particular and expected a low brow conversation but dame had some good points/rebuttals

I hate the tired street “reporter” angle/excuse that some rappers use when their lyrics are not always from a neutral standpoint…a news reporter reporting a shootout does not allude to being a part of it…every rapper can’t use this excuse when a lot of them are damn near incriminating themselves in songs lol

cam had a great point about the principal being creative and finding ways to reach out to parents and the community…one school I worked at used to have game nights on fridays where parents/kids were invited to hang out with the teachers and play games…shyt was dope…rap represents one avenue of entertainment…and if it’s the dominant example of manhood/womanhood to these kids then the adults in those communities are partially responsible for failing those kids…this is not to let hip hop music off the hook…imo a lot of that shyt is poisonous….now so more than ever imo…but at the end of the day it’s entertainment that shouldn’t be policed…even tho it literally is
