yeah urkel did some weird shyt but charlie......follows the waitress home from work, hires a PI to spy on her, breaks into her house and stuffs hair down her drain so he can "demonstrate his value" to her by fixing it, hired a carnie to stab her, and created a whole entire musical to impress/marry her, i think charlies beyond that simping stage
