I been getting it in all winter. Always in the gym or taking a cardio class. Plus I work for a moving company. I also stretch every morning and night.

When I go out, people randomly ask me if I work out or if I'm a trainer.

Women always finding excuses to grab my bicep or put their hand on my chest

I still eat whatever but I just work hard. I did completely cut out butter though and stopped adding as much salt. Good seasonings and spices go a long way. Also broccoli tastes disgusting to me but I eat it anyway. Gotta make sacrifices.

I need to get in shape. I'm out here with the BossMan Dlow build. I was at the Bank, this past Thursday, with my favorite Versace tee. Looked at the lil side mirror and saw how much weight I put on. :mjcry: My Versace tee was stretched out so much, the 'CE in VERSACE was damn near on my back.
If you don't make it for the summer cut....Turn it into VERS ACE like you a mixtape rapper :ohlawd:

Put on 15 pounds as since the beginning of December. Lifting 205 for 3-5 reps. Looking to crack 225 by the end of the year.
You can definitely crack 225 a hell of a lot sooner if you utilize a method I discovered used by Mike Metzer. Pick 2 exercises for each muscle group; lift heavy enough to where you can barely do five reps before you get to failure. Leave that muscle group alone for a least a week before you come back to it. Hit the other groups on different days or all in one day if you choose. During your week or so off, eat a decent amount of protein, and get sufficient sleep. You will be truly amazed at the progress you make. That recovery time makes a world of difference. You’re giving the muscles time to get the proper rest, repair and nutrients they need for optimal growth. You WILL see a difference in you gains and in you looks. I’ve just about maxed out the row, overhead press, and leg press machines at my work gym in just a couple of months. I’ve been slacking lately. I should be well on my way to 315, but haven’t been disciplined enough :francis: . Once I get back on track, I should be there by the end of the year.

Yeah rest been a big thing for me lately for sure we gon get there. Ima have to give that a go I’ve been trying to do different lifts so that my muscles don’t get used to the stress.

Started at the end of LAST summer.. Dropped about 30 before football season, during football season put on 15 :mjlol:, soon as cfb season ended was back at it around new years and dropped 30 again.. Back steal yo girl weight class, truly amazing the difference.. Getting the compliments routinely.. Summer start down here early so if you not ready by now, idkkkk:francis:
