It’s all about CONTROL: 8/1/22 WWE Raw; SummerSlam fallout, new regime, Pam with the Yams new faction, STATEMENT making show tonight?

Yo the hype for this show was WILD earlier today. Talmbout it's a STATEMENT episode & HHH is restoring the feeling :unimpressed:

As it turns out this was more or less just a regular ass episode of RAW. The only difference to me was H booking his boy Ciampa strong. Maybe you could say it was a more wrestling-heavy show and leaning less on bad comedy than usual. Other than that nothing tonight really stood out to me as significant.

There's still too much of the annoying shyt that makes me want to tune out like the bad WWE lingo, scripted promos, stupid names (dudes having one name, Seth "Freakin" Rollins), nauseating camera cuts and nonsenical booking (Rollins wife gets assaulted and he's out in the next segment laughing and smiling).

Approximately only 80 minutes of wrestling on a three hour show. Less than that if you subtract the commercial time.
:hhh:

So I enjoyed the show, but they need to have a conversation with USA to get Raw back to 2 hours.
I’m saying! I watch it without all the commercials and it still feels way too damn long. You know it’s too long because they stall with these recaps and video packages. As long as Raw is 3 hours it will always feel like it drags along.

Can y’all stop beating the 2 hours horse dead. It’s never happening.

WWE themselves don’t want the third hour. The network they’re on does, and it’s too much money at stake

No business in the world is gonna flush millions of dollars down the toilet to “improve” their product by giving less content than the network is asking and paying for. It’s just not gonna happen..

Until that contract is up and WWE potentially leaves, just get used to that 3rd hour. It’s not going anywhere
