I was actually on the freeway (literally) listening to a WWE "watch along" and you could tell from the reactions it was a great match. I'm glad WWE defied expectations for once and not only had Kofi win, but cleanly and without a nonsensical heel turn to dampen the moment. That was the real main event and I don't care what the panderers have to say about it. Props to both men for stepping it up and putting on a Mania caliber match amidst a bunch of RAW main events.
Not every single team/stable needs to split just cause it’s that common. It would be a total farce splitting them
Yeah but that didnt take away from the momentCurious if anyone actually saw the new Kofi/Champ tees on the WWE Shop before the match even happened?
Only reading about it now that they spoiled it.
I would have probably just wrote it off to Vince fukking with us lol. New belt was sitting under the sheet clear as day too. Rowan almost knocked it off the podium

No cm punk public comment yet
Koffi was his closest friend in the E and Rode with Punk on his private bus
He may want to keep it private between him and koffi who knows

Which is very possible. We don't know if Kofi was among the group of people Punk cut out of his life after he left though
