If ya'll wanna take the time out to start and manage that shyt, then go ahead fam.
But, I'm done with that shyt. The only thing I'm down to help with is the song making tourneys because of all the potential it has and we never got the chance to do the Trap contest.
If ya'll serious about doing something, speak to the Booth mods and let them know to sticky our shyt for longer than 30 minutes.
I'll get shyt buzzing in here, but when it's time for others to step up and help keep shyt going, nikkas disappear and we can't get the support we need to go to the next level. That's been happening every time this place gets a lil momentum.
I feel you fam... let's reach out to the homie @Tom Foolery and see if he is ready. I'm down to assist as much as needed. I'm sure if Tom is down then we can start gathering information and hitting the mods and admins.

i'm not a producer but would having the tourney in The Booth be a bad idea?

well it all started from in here. We normally do 64 person double elimination on the tourneys so that a LOT of threads to be clustering up the Booth. Once they start it's a battle forum that is instituted for the duration. Always been fun times...I still keep an archive of a LOT of the beats from the tourneys...classic shyt
We don't need to have it in the booth because it would take up too much space and theirs too much daily fukkery to even compete with. All we need is to have at least a thread or two stickied over there for a couple days whenever we start doing certain projects ex: (song contests, collab mixtapes, beat tourney's etc....)
We dropped a Horror themed mixtape for Halloween and even got it featured, but nikkas couldn't even let that shyt marinate with the booth sticky. It's like we being sabotaged or some shyt.
They have the wrong mods to me in the booth. Only one who seems to care about the culture is Tek. All they care about is fukkery in there.
One thing I don't get is how so many random cats post up music in the OG Post your music thread that is always stickied, but never do anything else in this forum.

I feel you breh. Tek always been cool with networking and making shyt pop for the sake of hip-hop.
The fukkery is reaching uncontrollable levels now in the booth, plus nikkas will sitcky mixtapes for damn near 2 weeks it seems. Like can we at least get a thread or two that actually deals with Coli music stickied for that long.
Way too busy. Im actually still at work posting this. lol
The owners can run the beat contest, they have the power to get participants and voters. Too much work for us getting people on the same page. And on top of that a lot of wierdos here. nikkas put more work in trolling then their actual job.
I suggest this, let keep Coli as the home base but move the music to soundcloud/YouTube/etc. When I get home I'll explain more.

ayo if this were to go down, we should have collabos: coli producers with coli rappers battling each other via diss tracks.
beat battles never work because everyone has a different style and there are too many producers and not enough judges.
the time frame waiting for "rappers" to finish tracks would never make this work...we tried it actually
and contrary to your thought we have FINISHED several beat tourneys
