I think if Darko makes it past waivers, they should try to pick him up, I'd cut Eddy Curry and pick up Oden as well, but who knows how much they want to devote to bigs.

Oden actually played decently when he was on the court. He's not trash, just injury-prone. If he can stay healthy, he can play an important role in Miami. He's no franchise guy, but in this age of weak bigs, he could actually be a top 10 center in this league. Sounds crazy, I know, but the NBA really lacks bigs like that right now.

I'm not saying he's trash..but like you said "IF he can stay healthy", and I don't believe he will ever play a full season of basketball..
