If I was a CEO of a company the public wouldn't even be sure what I looked like much less what I thought politically.:dame:

I say that as a liberal.

It's not admitting, it's objectively referencing how the talking point supposedly started and then it became of slippery slope of suppressing anything that wasn't CNN or MSNBC or WashPo or NYT...hmmm what do all of those networks have in common? I wonder?

"Bullshyt is literally everything"

Again, how is it bullshyt? I've given you examples albeit sans citations of partisan hackery from the same networks that propagated that talking point for the sole purpose of discredit alt and independent media.

So it's not bullshyt, it just sounds like you have nothing of merit to say. Got it. Enjoy your evening. And banned? Banned for what? Because I don't gargle leftist MSM cock like 90-percent of that subforum? How liberal of them.

I'm sure you'd love nothing better than to spend the next couple of hours writing paragraphs about how there's a conspiracy that spans across the Democratic Washington elite and the corporate ran media to discredit the hard hitting legitimate journalism of random nerds on messegeboards set to YouTube videos with creepy music playing in the background about the satanic pedophilic sex magic cult they run in between the evening and the morning shift at Comit Pizza....But I'm not interested in that bullshyt, sorry...

The conversation about fake news started well before that, you know this... You knew this before you dhalism reached like hell to bridge the OP mentioning you dismissing people's moral objections to things as "fake outrage" into an excuse to regurgitate all this (completely unrelated, mind you) bullshyt you've been on since... I peeped what you were trying to do, and it's why I negged you

Which brings us here
@Long Live The Kane Remember what I was telling you? Oh no! Alt media sites like InfoWars are fake news! Never mind our front page retractions from the Washing Post about the power grids being hacked by the Russians, citizens! That's not fake news!

:russ: It's all showmanship and Alex is extremely metaphorical. Listen to the show. Those antics are sadly about 5-10 percent of their coverage. You should listen to it when David Knight is on. He's a hardcore Libertarian but he is the yin to Alex's yang.

Of course you're referencing the shyt Rachel Maddow typically does when they bring up InfoWars.

It's a fantastic show that offers a platform to people that are otherwise gagged by the MSM and 90-percent of the show is looking at headlines and talking about them. The crazed and manic rants are there to get people in the tent. Again, it's showmanship.

Infowars is not legitimate press, should not be treated as much, and does not pretend to hold itself to many actual journalistic standards... Acknowledging corporate media's bias is valid and I would encourage all serious thinkers to do so and process what they read accordingly... Using false equivalencies to wholesale discredit the entirety of legitimate media for the purpose of elevating conspiracy kooks like Alex Jones and random nerds on messegeboards making up shyt to troll as deserving of equal footing with real news outfits is ridiculous and shameful... Being held accountable for misinformation and being forced to print retractions is a check on the power and duty of the press that we should be thankful exists... Glossing over outlandish fiction presented as "news", as "showmanship" is :snoop:

To use an analogy fitting this being a sports forum, itd be like discrediting the entire legitimacy of the NFL as a sports league because they acknowledged the refs blew a call after the game... Then in the very next breathe lauding the WWE as a shining beacon of "alt-sports" that sports fans should watch instead

This is stupid... A CEOs political views shouldn't affect the company being "cool" because that's not his job. He has athletes, brand ambassadors and a PR department for that.

This is just the sensationalist media seeking headlines and fickle consumers trying to establish moral high ground as all these other companies are squeaky clean.

You know, I like what you tried to do with the NFL thing. For a second I was almost going to say it was false equivalency, which it sort of it is, but come to think of it, WWE and NFL are very similar in that both are manipulated and controlled except the latter is open about it. The NFL is not a sports league; it is an entertainment organization. It is legally allowed to rig or manipulate games and games are legally defined as entertainment exhibitions. You can look up the tax codes that govern this and even the old NFL cases where the NFL argued in court that it was an entertainment league.

It's rife with corruption, most of the owners are descendants of casino moguls and bookmakers, and games are constantly manipulated for gambling purposes. Before I go on a mega-tangent....

Semi-hyperbole aside, your strawmans in the first paragraph are typical and tiresome. I encourage you to consider the evidence independent researchers and journalists have done on the matter. Pedophilia in high places is well documented. You need only look into the likes of Dennis Hastert and Weiner and whom they're connected with to get a brief rundown on the most recent cases of sex abuse in high places. Barney Frank, Jimmy Saville, former BBC and current NYT CEO Mark Kaufman, etc.

And it's not just about Comet Pizza. That shyt is a honeypot. The establishment itself has jack shyt to do with it. When the owner of the establishment is the former boyfriend of David Brock, head shill in command of CorrectTheRecord (now ShareBlue) and MediaMatters (George Soros) there is way more to the story. When the head of the DOJ's Human Trafficking owns a shytty pizza joint which reeks of a front operation on the same street, something is fishy.

When you dig into the Clinton's involvement in Haiti, it stinks to high heaven. And I know people close to my family that have told me all sorts of wonderful (sarcasm) tales about what goes down in haiti, but yes, you're right, this is just conspiratorial nonsense. Anyone who didn't get their Masters at Columbia and suck enough cock to get an internship to hopefully make 30k writing for the New York Times is incapable of doing any independent investigation or fact-seeking.

And it's not just the Democrats. This is not a partisan issue, it's an establishment issue.

And it is fake outrage. Noone in their heart of hearts gives a fukk. If they did, they would boycott ALL of these multi-billion dollar conglomerates because they all do the same dirty tricks.

I type in a stream of consciousness way, I'm not trying to pivot the conversation, I merely pointed out that the same fakkits regurtitating the fake news meme are the same fakkits who cite the script-for-script line Rachel Maddow and Stephen Colbert bring up about InfoWars, and trust me, InfoWars shills for the Israelis, but they cover a lot of interesting stories the MSM will not touch. They called out the entire election hacking nonsense the media was trying to give traction to before it even happened, called out the oversampled polls, literally predicted the election.

And what did the MSM do?

Literally call anyone but themselves fake news to save face. We have Clinton-funded fronts trying to frame Assange as a pedophile via a shell corporation they registered in Russia for extra measure, and then they have the gall to accuse their opponents of being Russian puppets, meanwhile Podesta and the Clintons have long done under-the-table deals with the Russians.

This is straight out of Rules for Radicals.

And again, back to your ref analogy, you're assuming the Washington Post "blew" the call. No, a company owned by a vocal opponent of Trump who's in bed with the CIA is clearly against Trump and their reporting to perpetuate this "Russia hacked the election" meme meanwhile DHS was caught hacking 5 precincts.

This nonsense "dossier" that BuzzFeed and others tried to disseminate. They are not blowing calls, genius. This is partisan hackery. InfoWars is clearly in Trump's pocket themselves, but at least they are open about it.

And I'll be objective here. InfoWars fukked up and published a fake story some dude copy and pasted to PJW, that's shytty editorialism right there. I do agree that for InfoWars to be taken seriously, they need to get their editorial board up to par and they need to develop their news corps so there are real writers and journalists on board to give a sense of professionalism.

WashPo and the Times and CNN STILL want to pretend they are objective reporters. They are not.

And spare me the intellectual dishonesty. Jones goes on hysterical tirades all the time for views and attention. It is showmanship. You don't have to like him, but he is bar none one of the most gifted men I've ever seen on a microphone. No teleprompter, sometimes no guests and he goes on and on for hours. That is part of his theatrical persona.

But just because he occasionally does sensational segments and says funny shyt does not discredit the guests they bring on and the information that is discussed from time to time. To say otherwise is just poisoning the well.

The Pats weren't favored at Halftime or on the 4th qtr line. :youmadcam:

Incorrect. They were -6 and -4.5 at most books on the strip. my offshore spot had them +550 live in-game and I was able to snag that at halftime. And quarters don't mean shyt.

It wasn't an upset. You think it was an upset because loser non-gamblers said so on ESPN and television.

Who gives a fukk. The CEO is entitled to his opinion. To say the CEO be favorable to Trump is the sole factor as to why they're not on the up-and-up at the same level they were is just nonsense. Fact is Nike put a hit out on Under Armour after 2014 with the Durant move to capitalize on the popularity of the Warriors upsurge and they had a nice little run, and then the price corrected.

I still called UA breaking the $100 mark when I invested back then around 70-something so if people didn't sell back then, fukk'em.

Most of the consumers buying these sneakers are so politically unaware in the first place.

"Millennials and Generation Z want brands and retailers to be transparent about their stands on social issues" :mjlol: at this fukking statement, and of course a shyt leftist rag like CNBC put this out there.

So Phil Knight and his globalist brand who used third-worlders who are few steps above slaves to make their stuff makes them better because they kept their mouth shut politically?

Spare me this sanctimonious fakkitry and give me breathable athletic shirts that are cheap and comfortable
LOL @ this cac response....:mjlol:....

they were favorites to outscore on the half. They weren't favorites to cover Or to win the money line for the game after halftime. If your bookie still favored the patriots at half, I'm cool with that, but please spread the wealth. :blessed:
