Part of me thinks she is calling this rape now because she's tying to save face with her husband. When Fox put out that story about her being in a sexual relationship with Payne she had to do something.

A similar situation happened where I work some years ago where two employees who were both in a relationship/married were having sex and when the woman's boyfriend found out she claimed she was "raped". The police were called and from what I was told by a co-worker who had to take pictures of the woman in the bathroom (for the police) and listen in on the story as it was reported to them the officers didn't really believe her but the guy was fired but I think she was also let go also. A hard lesson to learn.
