I don’t think that matters. this kind of treatment of black celebrities who’ve allegedly crossed the line has to be viewed within the proper context, one that acknowledges a double standard that allows white offenders who stand accused of similar crimes to pass without any scrutiny by a media apparatus that exists to control the minds of its audience - the public.

That apparatus isn't new and has been like this for a very long time. Maybe black celebrities shouldn't get their hands dirty knowing how the system works. Don't seek fame if you aren't prepared for the humiliation you could potentially face.

Why is there a double standard that we have to defend egregious offenders just because they are black?
