It's a shame how Gary Coleman's life turned out.

I never laughed at breh.

He was funny on that show and so cute as a kid that most everyone loved him.

It's a shame that ppl treated him so bad and madr fun of his disease.

It was him and Webster that were the butt on jokes, but Gary got it worse for whatever reason
His parent's stole his money that's why.

Honestly I think Emmanuel Lewis having a strong family foundation saved him the pitfalls of child stardom that Gary couldnt avoid. Like you are hard pressed to find any real fukkery with him outside of him appearing in a lil jon vid back in the day getting crunk:heh:

Emmanuel has always said that his mom didn't play that bullshyt and kept him out of a lot of childhood fukkery.

Elijah Wood said the same thing a few years ago. Said the only reason he was never molested as a child was because his mother NEVER left him alone or let him go the parties that the shady execs would invite him too. He inferred that Cory Feldmen was telling the truth about all the child molestation that was going on in Hollywood but he must’ve gotten that “Call” because he backtracked a few days later

Guy never had a chance. With all the depressing shyt he went through, it's easy to forget that when he was a kid, he was one of the few black people who starred in a TV show. :mjcry:

Classic example of being typecast and dealing with stage parents. :mjcry:

Had a kidney transplant that was successful at first and finallly allowed him to mature physically. Then the transplant failed and he spent the whole last season of Diff'rent Strokes looking like he wanted to punch people in the face just for living. :mjcry:

His last wife was abusive and played on his insecurities. Forced him to go on daytime television to deal with it. :mjcry:

And this was all before his tragic death. :mjcry:
It's truly sad :mjcry:

money and fame don't mean shyt if no one truly respects you and treats you like a human being

I just found out that movie existed yesterday. You can't even find it anywhere outside of a commercial. I saw a promo where Gary appeared on Entertainment Tonight and he was really excited about the movie. He said that he was hoping that everything changed when the movie came out. :mjcry:

I read two reviews and they both trashed the movie. Gary tried his best to break out, but this was Hollywood telling him that he was always going to be Arnold Drummond. :mjcry:

I remember several years before he appeared on that Martin episode, he did this interview on some show, telling how his life was a mess, and how everybody took his money, and he couldn't find a good woman. I think he mentioned that he was a guard in this interview. Anyway, you seldom seen him as a grown man. It was almost as if he came on the show to get a date, by letting women know he was available. When the show was ending, they showed him riding away in the backseat of what I believe was a limousine. His facial expression was completely different than what it was during the interview. He looked sad, lonely, and frustrated, the way somebody would look when they've been in a club all night, then leaving tired and disappointed because they continue to go home alone. And he didn't mind this being filmed. It sure didn't look like he was acting either. Then it seemed like he got married to the White girl not too long afterwards.

I'd never seen a celebrity make it publicly known that they were lonely like Gary Coleman did. I'm pretty sure his height condition played a part in that.
