Edge. He was the worst wrestler and least charismatic between he and Christian. Has no memorable qualities. A terrible spear. If he wasn’t fukkin Hardy’s girl, he would be Steve Ray status.

Breh watch some old 99 shows....Edge was getting crazy pops for someone in the tag division/midcards. He was getting them screaming female pops. shyt is kinda crazy.

Bradshaw easily. Every other guy was always in a notable position or storyline, or had standout qualities. Even as a kid I could see that. Bradshaw never did anything of note and was always bland as hell till he got paired up with Faarooq and even then I never would’ve imagined him as a world champion 5 years later.

easily bradshaw.
if you asked me in 2004 if i thought he would win the title that year, i wouldve laughed.
hell, if you told me in 2004 that he would even win the U.S. or I-C title, i wouldve thought it was a joke.

i would throw mysterio in there somewhat, because i wouldve never expected him to bother signing with the WWF back then. he prolly wouldve never came over if WCW was still around.

jeff hardy was still pretty new. i barely even knew matt from jeff in '99.

ehh stevie ray isnt a good comparison. he was the star of the harlem heat/ebony experience for a good while, dating all the way back to the GWF title run, while booker was losing half his matches in the lightheavyweight division. by the time booker took off solo in WCW, stevie was on the downside of his career.

and the WWF was pushing edge as a future main eventer from the beginning, before christian even debuted.
plus, edge has the look of a failed mid-late '90s comic book character.

edge was the star of the team. christian passed him up around '03-04.
edge has been trash since the injury circa '03. and even before the injury, he never really proved to be a standout on his own without a tag team or a superior opponent. so we agree about him being trash. but he was always the chosen one by the WWF. i dont know why christian even bothered going back.

Get that Stevie Ray disrespect the hell out of here, you mealy mouthed son of a bytch. Stevie Ray is like the Byron Long of wrestling. He's not the star, but he's a utility player.
