I think that second book was what made me start disliking the dude.
His first book was one of the best wrestling books ever. By the time he was ready to write the second one, he seemed to believe he was not only a great writer, but also a rock star. He thought his audience would actually give a shyt about the road stories of a heavy metal band. It didn't occur to him that nobody cares about Fozzy.
He's a guy who showed some ability and talent outside of wrestling, and got some credit for it, but let it go to his head. He convinced himself that he was a much bigger star than he really was, and that was his mindset when he came to WWE for that most recent run. Started off somewhat interesting, I'll admit, but what a giant letdown it became. It went nowhere.
