i'm one of the biggest mobb deep fans ever on here...IWW is just better than HOE. its not even like a tough decision for me. The Infamous vs. IWW or HOE vs. I am is easily in IMD's favor. and even Murda Muzik vs. [any nas album other than IWW] i'm probably going with murda muzik
great song but that aint touching the Hell on Earth song, Animal Instinct or GOD pt 3.
Affirmative Action is the best song on both albums though probably.

Not only was P better than Nas in 96 to me but Havoc > trackmasters. That right there was the main difference. If Havoc gave Nas his best "Last Day", "GOD pt 3", "Back At You: caliber material and produced more for Nas' album it would be a closer battle for me.

Hell on Earth is easily better than IWW & illmatic combined.

I understand Nas is a great lyricist and i'm a fan of him but Hell on Earth is the soundtrack to the streets.
Nothing in Hip Hop can match it, the only thing comparable is Dark side of the Moon.

Yeah that dragon was dope as fukk. That dragon was supposed to be incorporated into the album cover for hell on earth but I remember some rock group had a similar logo and they threatened to sue mobb so they stopped using the logo. I forget which rock group it was but I'm sure someone can google it if they are really curious.
But to answer the question, hell on earth easily. It was written couldn't be better with disappointing tracks like nas is coming.
