The music video was tight
They did the music video in a warehouse, Pac, K-Ci, Jojo, Aaron Hall and Danny Boy all flossing with nice cars and some beautiful women in the video.

Was upset the 2nd verse got removed on Greatest hits, glad it stayed on Makaveli represses
The Nu Mix remix version was dope too, you can hear certain parts of the outro that are low volune on the regular version

Kinda like the Nu Mixx more than the original. Also, Greatest Hits didn't have the 2nd PAC verse? I'm pretty sure they didn't take the verse out.

Always wondered if Dre made the OG beat whilst on DR and he gave it to Teddy to finish for No Diggity when he left and keep his name out there or if DR heard about the Blackstreet track and remade the beat?
Could be either way but it makes sense that Pac recorded the original 1 verse take first - possibly for Danny Boys album - then revisited it when Dre left and added that second diss verse on before they got hit with a C&D for the beat and had to remix it for retail. Pac said it himself "Yeah we took y'all beat because y'all wasn't rocking it right. I'm tired of suckas rocking beats that don't belong to them. This our rap game, this our beat". Getting Aaron Hall on there was extra salt because he was beefing with Teddy at the time.
Crazy how huge No Diggity was and both tracks dropped within days of each other. The OG video was supposed to have them parachuting down onto the beach but was scrapped because everyone was too drunk on set so they switched it up to the garage one where Pac filmed all of his scenes solo and everyone else was recorded posthumously and edited which is why they don't share any screen time with him and Aaron wasn't in that version.
