And Spurs would give up their best player for the best asset, do you really want to do this waiting shyt again? If Sixers make that move, he will stay..they have a great squad, his doctors are there..etc. Lakers have to strike now. And I would rather make this move than Magic trying to trade for Kemba or DeRozan:stopitslime:which are rumors floating around
Source on the Kemba DeRozan shyt?..this can't be real. I don't mind waiting cause I don't think any squad we form can beat GS. People forget gs is stacked but they also have grade A chemistry. I'd rather wait a year and sign Kawhi outright while keeping ingram, kuz, Zo, and retaining Randle. Add Bron and a FA next year and we good to go now and for years to come. Yall are thinking in the present gotta think about the future. Imagine a lineup of

Zo
Ingram
Kawhi
Lebron
Randle

Kuzma
Hart
Zubac
Wagner
Etc..

Ramona was talking about it on radio that Magic might get desperate and try to find Lebron stars. You can beat Warriors if you have two good stars with great role players, the roster I showed has that potential. We still get to keep Kuzma, Randle, and Zo.

Spurs will not even pick up the phone if Ingram is not involved.

And I am not doing this waiting game again, the three teams involved with him outside of Lakers are Celtics, Clippers, Sixers. He will stay on those teams. Those teams are good teams outside of Clippers (he wants to be in LA) so he will stay with them as well.

You are foolish if you think magic will not try to trade for fringe stars if we fail on Kawhi and PG.

Norfeast groovin…
@ALonelyDad is right here. Kawhi isn't coming if he is traded to Philly or the Celtics. They would have a title contender in the East and can offer more money.

We just can't give up both Ingram and Kuzma.

Between the two I think I prefer we trade Kuzma. He’s not as good defensively as Ingram and the offensive production of Kuz will be compensated. If we manage to keep BI our defense on the wings will be murderous. :merchant:

I would kill for that to happen. But A LOT can change in a year. What if Kawhi likes playing in Philly or Boston? Then what? We lose out on a chance of having two top 3 players in their prime.

I don't see how you are so sure he'll stay...he is leaving damn near the best organization in sports. Celtics not trading for him. I think he'd leave the Sixers unless they made the finals. Regardless, if we don't give up ingram this summer he could be used to attract an AD type player or we can stay pat and try to bring in kyrie next summer. I just don't like the idea of playing your hand when you don't need to.

Paul George just stayed on a team that lost to a rookie and you are questioning why a player would stay?? Sixers and Celtics both have great futures and Sixers also have his doctors who were working with him this year. We need to stop being delusional.

That's a risk I'm willing to take. Boston and GS set the blueprint for keeping young talent and building opposed to mortgaging the future.

Yeah I definitely don't want to take the risk of losing someone the caliber of Kawhi by trying to be strategic. We all know Lebron isn't patient at all so one way or the other we'll end up losing assets to try and put pieces around him. Rather it be for Kawhi.

Jackie mcmullan said celtics aren't trading for kahwi , he(his camp) already told them he won't re-sign if they do. She said it yesterday on ath

Sixers desperately want to acquire kahwi and might trade for him don't know what will happen with that but boston isnt trading for him
