As a heat fan, I LOVE this. LeBron to LA has so many implications and narratives. Seeing Lebron fans and Kobe fans join forces, seeing Kobe embrace LeBron as member of the Lakers family, seeing LeBron go to a franchise that's bigger than he is as an individual player, seeing LeBron trying to fill the shoes of Lakers greats that game before him, seeing LeBron play late night westcoast games consistently, LeBron playing in the west and having to face golden state head-on in the division and in the conference, seeing the Lakers potentially winning the west and facing Boston(and specifically Kyrie) in the finals, seeing former rivals of LeBron in Lance and Rondo playing alongside him, LeBron having to deal with the Ball family, LeBron embracing the LA community making his foray into Hollywood and turning into a mogul and expanding his brand. So many narratives so much intrigue. I've never been more excited about a free agent signing that had nothing to do with Miami. How do you Lakers fans feel?

I’m excited to have a major piece to make us relevant again. The best player in the game... but I’m scared/nervous about stripping the team down to try to win now.

So far it seems like we are running it back with basically the same team plus Lebron, so I am pleased. I never used to watch every Lebron game or closely follow his teams. It will be exciting to watch a great player every night, a player who took on this challenge. I can’t wait for the press conferences and for him to get around the team.

Kobe fans/LWO are now bron allies, and with the warriors adding cousins, LeBron and the Lakeshow are now seen as the "good guys" or at least the lesser of two evils between the two California teams. 95% of NBA fans (even the ones who previously hated the Lakers) will be now rooting for the Lakers. This might be LeBron's best move yet.
