Somebody tweeted that this situation is exactly why Hennessy didn't endorse Hennypalooza. And I hate to say it, but Hennessy was right. Now Dusse will be associated with this and a rebrand (or even disbandment) for Dussepalooza is highly likely after just one Barclays show.

The Hennypalooza/Dussepalooza brand and audience is basically those Black Twitter "influencers & curators" who are kinda corny in real-life. The type that were considered "uncool" until they got some letters behind their name.

The exact reason most of these Black Twitter people bomb in front of a camera. They can take minutes to reply with witty text, but flounder in an actual conversation.

So now that same fickle crowd that is quick to publicly shame things has turned on them.. or risk being viewed as a hypocrite.
