Communication, directly helps a lot here. Doesn't mean signing affidavits or acting paranoid about every touch, but some real, honest communication goes a long way. And not looking at sex as the be all and end all of every interaction with a woman. I think we overvalue sex, and undervalue people. And this is socialized to us, very young, for men.

While I see how you could feel that way, ultimately it's not your call. Multiple times women have asked me "Is that all I am to you?" and while you usually have to lie or let them down easy to avoid her breaking your shyt or calling your a manipulator/rapist to everyone she meets.
