All I have to say about the OG movie is watch it again as an adult lol

The 2017 movie is excellent tho, and the novel is a GOAT horror novel to me.

I actually watched the TV movie the same weekend I saw the reboot and Curry's performance still holds up and the kids chapter was just as good as the reboot.
Sure the effects were hokey and some of the limitations of network television standards were glaringly obvious but overall the first chapter of the It TV movie still works and works very well.
Chapter 2 with the adults started out really well but quickly became a mess and the final act was an absolute shyt show.
So I am really hoping the big screen Chapter 2 sticks the landing better because it will be very disappointing if yet another It movie flops with executing the ending.
