who had greater character development...Tony or Don?
excellent question... off the bat i'd go with Don... someone on here described the show as a complete character study. perfect way to describe it

tony's development is a close 2nd though

Now this is an excellent question. Not like that shyt you were posting in the mad men thread (comparing it to Scandal :childplease:)

I think DD develops much more than TS.

DD is essentially 2 characters. We see dikk trying to keep Don at the forefront (which is a challenge on its own). Then Don evolving to acknowledge 'himself'. We see 7 seasons (minus a few episodes) of emptiness (DD), then release of the burden (almost suicidal) , acceptance and then that smile at the end ( pause )...what appears to be all inner demons now gone :banderas:

Now I haven't rewatched Sopranos in a few years, so I may be understating TS' development, but Don and Mad Men is now 1A, Sopranos 1B for me.

Just GOAT TV :mjcry:

ain't no show coming close to these... especially after that epic ending of Mad Men. Please don't come in here and try to debate this, it's pretty definitive at this point, just wanted to get it out there.

I agree...

But I hate the whole Coli concept of "And it's not even close" "Facts Only" " Don't even try to debate it"

What's the point of even discussing topics, if your heels are dug in and your mind is already closed?

shyt was vapid and ultimately garbage. The most overrated piece of pop culture in the last decade. Legitimately a show about nothing that get's respect because of the time period it's in and nothing else.
