Yeah he’s from NO, but it’s not like he is some kind of champion for the city. Him and Birdman abandoned the city at its most vulnerable and never looked back.
All the resources at their disposal and they never lifted a finger to assist the city in rebuilding.
Imagine if they had stepped up and became champions for the city. Wayne would be on that stage like a conquering emperor returning home.
