Thats really all you can call them. The irony of DC is that K Street was and still remains the hoe strip in DC. It used to be both quadrants but now it’s confined to the Northeast side. The Northwest part of K Street is also where lobbyists and politicians meet historically to have lunch dates. Only place where the blade doubles as a cozy date spot for political prostitutes and their lobbyists daddies.
