Every tactic you use is a lesson to be learned from until it can eventually be used against you. Israel’s equipment, weapons, deployments, aggression, etc. comes from doing analysis over time and wondering how to counteract it. Hamas makes the same adjustments without the budget, numbers, or logistics.

They literally can’t use those same tactics because they used them so much they Israel learned how to listen to their comms, embed in their ranks, and stop them from communicating as effectively. They also don’t have the supply of munitions to waste on around the clock terror tactics right now.
