ISPs in the USA to start monitoring customers’ downloads starting July 1, 2012

I use peerblock when I download from Torrents or I download from Usenet. So I ain't worried.

Downloading banned in the USA or what?

What's the news on the ground.

Nothing, at all. No change in anything, just like I said when it was first announced.

All this will do is push people towards the more lenient ISPs.
