This particular video in the op uses a variety of camera shots and angles which is very suspect in itself. Very movie like. When the man is "ran" over the camera angle changes as soon the tank's tracks grazes his feet and to shot in front of the tank where frankly from that perspective it's impossible to discern if the body is the same man or a dummy.

No different than what is done here for example.


When the tank is done and only then do you get a close up shot of the body. And even that is questionable... I'm no expert on how an authentic brain splatter looks like and I belive the video takes advantage of that ignorance. But you must admit it's looks something out of set of walking dead.
