Consider women and children enemy combatants (terrorists), Brehs!
They're already in Turkey. Literally the only people left in Kobane are PKK and PKK affiliated YPG.

ISIS Begins Selling Iraqi Crude Oil from Turkey to Israel

The so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Syria(ISIS) began selling Iraqi crude oil extracted from oil fields which its seized in recent months and exporting it through the Kurdish region to Turkish refineries and from Turkey's Mediterranean port of Ceyhan ultimately to Israel.

ISIS began shipping 100 tanks loaded with crude oil extracted from the Ajeel oil field which the Saudi-terrorist group took control of last month. ISIS sells the crude oil at a price ranging between $12-14,000 per tank to finance their operations.

Israeli and Turkish companies which buy the oil use paved roads controlled by ISIS militants and take it through the cities near the border with Turkey to civil refineries inside Turkey or they go through the city of Makhmour to the Kurdistan region in coordination with the checkpoints."

As the Islamic State is established, it's clear that ISIS wants to have all parts of their government and revenue sources well organized, and that energy exports are part of this scheme. The scheme includes the collection of taxes, but also other black market activities like trade in other illegal goods the group plunders from the land it captures. Given the call by [ISIS leader Abu Bakr] Baghdadi on the first day of Ramadan –asking for consolidation of the state and the recruitment of individuals to help run that state – one has to figure that the energy sector figures into his planning.

Why was this thread on an ongoing news issue with so much participation, updates and insight across the board moved to Free Speech?! @BarNone @Brown_Pride
It can still be that, but there is a bunch of conspiracy BS in here that I do not have the time to sort out right now even though this thread should be stickied. So I put it in FS. With multi-view I do not get why people get upset when things are moved. Just set it so that HL and FS are viewed as one.

Your idea is great. Please move it back to HL and sticky the thread if you'd like. You have moved my useful and informative thread to this backwater forum for no good reason. Right now there are multiple ISIS threads made in HL after you moved my thread. The idea that a large Coli thread should be booted from the forum it was made in just because one or two posters engage in speculation 90 pages in is completely unwarranted. It makes sense to put this back in HL.

I guess Turkey didn't get the last word.

Do you support Erdogan?
Not in the least. fukk Erdogan. Turkey had no business in participating in toppling Assad or Gaddafi.

Secular leaders put the interests of their own countries ahead of what the US and Europe want, that's why the West is allied to every despicable Sunni Islamist regime in the world. From Saudi to UAE to Qatar to Turkey and that's why they got rid of Gaddafi and tried the same with Assad.
