I'm going to guess the reports of all of these people joining ISIS are bullshyt and just more scare tactics. I believe the US and Israel willingly funding them to fight Assad. If it was that easy to join ISIS any foreign intelligence agency could easily infiltrate them. Sounds like total horseshyt to me.

chaos is good for business.

can't be sitting around looking at f-22's without using them. and just can't fly them round the block. at that rate the military budget would have to be cut.

the more chaos the better. if the enemy doesn't have nukes or chemical weapons there's nothing to worry about.

CIA agents in Afghanistan killed by an Al Qaeda double agent. But that's not the norm.

They have no problem getting agents and informants in there. In this day and age, plenty of people can be turned.
