I'd give you young Jordan to 1st 3peat Jordan.
I think of product of not going to college that you can see cracks in Bron's game that Jordan had already figured out. Although I'd argue young Bron's combination of speed and power may never be matched again. When the jumper was falling it did seem young Jordan like in terms of overwhelming a team.
However, 45 to 2nd 3peat...nah
In real time it felt like MJ catching the league at the perfect watered down time. And it was awesome seeing Jordan adjust his game and still find ways to dominate. However, I think eye test goes to LeBron 30s and up.
He's got the GOAT career arc. However, I feel like the Bulls would have had problems with the Rockets + all those consecutive finals (something thats overlooked with Bron) he might not had as much left for Utah.
And tbh what seals Jordan's arc is that Kobe (young prime) & Shaq and Duncan's Spurs werent a thing.
I watched Bron face KD, Draymond, Iggy and Klay all get thrown at him over 4 years. And still average 33/12/9. Eye test was early 30s Bron was some other shyt imo. These were the 80s Celtics that Mike could never beat.
TBF maybe Jordan takes better care of himself and spends millions on his body.
Maybe not
So Jordan became the GOAT despite having 2 less rings than Magic and 3 less than Kareem. Interesting
LeBron James has a usage of
31.5 percent in his career.
Michael Jordan had a usage of
33.2 percent in his career.
