nfc, finger print reader, 12mp camera, dual flash, more ram, faster processor and higher res screen. I might sell my iphone 5 for that. Or maybe my 4 and just keep the 5....

You forgot to mention same small ass screen. These are all features most android phones have by now. with the exception of the fingerprint reader. Which was already done by Motorola a few years ago.
